SANE Padel North America is the official and exclusive authorized distributor for SANE Padel products in North America, serving:

• All 50 U.S. States

• Puerto Rico

• Canada

We do not sell or ship products outside these territories. Orders placed with billing or shipping addresses outside our authorized territory will be cancelled and refunded.

 

2. Billing & Shipping Address Policy

To prevent fraud and ensure order security:

• Billing and shipping addresses must match.

• The address must be a valid, physical address located within our authorized territory (no P.O. boxes for racquet shipments).

• Orders that do not meet these requirements will be cancelled and refunded.

 

3. Product Availability & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to:

• Correct errors or omissions.

• Update pricing at any time without prior notice.

• Cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

 

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
