At Sane Padel North America, we are committed to delivering premium-quality padel racquets and equipment to our authorized territory, which includes the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

This return and warranty policy applies exclusively to purchases made and fulfilled within this territory. Orders placed, shipped, or purchased outside of this region are not eligible for processing through Sane Padel North America.

To ensure the highest standards of quality, every racquet undergoes a comprehensive inspection process:

1. Factory Inspection
All products are carefully examined before leaving the manufacturing facility.

​

2. U.S. Arrival Inspection
Every product is inspected upon arrival and during storage at our U.S. facilities.

3. Pre-Shipping Inspection
Each racquet undergoes a final quality check before being packed and shipped to the customer.

Padel racquets are precision sports equipment. While every precaution is taken to ensure durability and performance, they are inherently fragile. The average lifespan of a padel racquet ranges from 4 to 8 months, depending on frequency of use and playing style.

Although defects are rare, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. All warranty and return claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on the product’s condition, usage, and the nature of the reported concern.

 
Submitting a Return or Warranty Claim

Customers within our authorized territory (U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico) must contact us within 7 days of receiving their product at [Insert Email], providing:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the defect

Claims submitted outside this timeframe or outside the authorized territory may not be eligible for review.

We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.
