At SANE Padel North America, we take pride in delivering only the highest-quality padel racquets.
To ensure this, every racquet goes through a meticulous 3-step inspection process:

1. Factory Inspection – All products are carefully examined before leaving our factories in Spain, Argentina, and Pakistan.

2. U.S. Arrival Inspection – Every product is inspected again upon arrival and storage in our U.S. facilities.

3. Pre-Shipping Inspection – Each racquet undergoes a final quality check before being packed and shipped for your order.

 

Padel racquets are precision sports equipment, and while we take every precaution, they are inherently fragile. The average padel racquet lifespan ranges from 4 to 8 months depending on usage and playing style.

We understand that defects, while rare, can occur. In the event of an issue, we will review your claim on an individual, case-by-case basis. Our decision will be based on the product’s condition, usage, and the nature of the defect.
